Chili

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 sticks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- chili powder to taste
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cans condensed tomato soup
- 8-16 oz tomato juice (less for thicker chili)
- 2 cans kidney beans
Brown ground beef with celery, onion, chili powder and salt & pepper. Add tomato soup, tomato juice and kidney beans. Bring mixture to boil and continue simmering for at least 15 min. while stirring occasionally.
