Pie Crust

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. lard
  • 3-4 tbsp. milk

Combine flour and salt. Cut in butter and lard until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk 1 tbsp. at a time, mixing just until flour is moist. Roll out on lightly floured surface to 13” circle.
