Penne Casserole

  • 1/2 lb. penne pasta
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350°. Boil the penne pasta a bit less than directed (5-6 min), drain and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Mix in spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese. Cover dish with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and/or crispy.
