Milk-based Smoothie

  • 1 c skim milk
  • 1 c plain, non-fat yogurt
  • 2-3 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 2-3 T honey
  • frozen fruit
  • ice

Put the milk, yogurt, bananas and honey into a blender. Blend until combined. Add any combination of frozen fruit and ice to fill up the rest of the blender. Blend until desired consistency. Enjoy.

Here's some recommended frozen fruit combinations:

  • strawberries
  • strawberries & pineapple
  • ...to be continued

If the fruit has seeds in it, swap it with the bananas in the first blend and keep blending until the seeds are destroyed.
