Goulash

  • 1 1/2 cups macaroni
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2+ sticks celery, chopped
  • 1 can (46oz.) tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Boil macaroni as directed and set aside.

Brown ground beef in large pot with onions, celery and salt & pepper to taste. Add tomato juice, ketchup and prepared macaroni to pot. Bring to boil and simmer for 15-30 minutes.
