Chocolate Pudding Cake

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/4 cup water

Combine flour, sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa, baking power and salt to create dry mix. Combine butter, milk, vanilla and nuts then add to dry mix. Pour in 8” glass baking dish. Combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa and water in 1 qt bowl. Pour over first mixture but DON’T STIR. Cover with paper towel. Cook in microwave 9-10 min on High. Let stand 10 min. Top with whipped cream and serve.
