It turns out that Futurama will be back on Comedy Central in 2008.  This has been confirmed by both Katey Sagal (Leela) and John DiMaggio (Bender).  I'm ecstatic yet not completely nuts since there have been many rumors of such a thing happening.  Anyway, I am now filled with hope that we'll see new episodes made with the same great care and writing as the ones on my overused DVD collection.
