Netflix, Round 2

Okay, if you've been paying attention, you'll know how anxious I was for disc #3 of Cosmos to arrive in it's Netflix envelope.  I did get a DVD that was labeled "Disc 3" but it still held the episodes for disc 4.  I phoned Netflix and reached a delightful woman.  She listened as I described the evidence for my theory that all their discs 3 and 4 are mislabeled.  She laughed, said she'd send a "Disc 4" immediately and would make sure they would document the problem.  No hastle, no problem.  Now all I can hope for is that this new disc 4 is really disc 3.
